The first step for users to raise a repair ticket is to create a repair order/maintenance work order. With that order number, Iceriver will readily locate your package containing your returned product and work on it immediately.

Here is a how-to guide to report the repair of Iceriver on the Iceriver website.

How to Create a Maintenance Work Order?

  1. Visit the official website of Iceriver 
  2. You can select “English” by clicking the button in the top right corner to view the website in English.
  3. You can click on “My Account” to log in with your credentials. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up.
  4. Once you log in, you will automatically encounter the page for creating the maintenance work order.
  5. Click on “My Repair Ticket” on the left side.
  6. Now, click on the “Create a Repair Ticket” button. Click on the “Add Device” button. Enter the device details and quantity by selecting the dropdown menu.
  7. Once you give the machine details, select your country and start giving your contact details.

How to Track Your Shipment Package?

The Iceriver repair support team is very efficient, with a dedicated tracking system. Here is how you can track your repair order.

  • Enter the tracking number on the shipping label. Note the tracking numbers can be used only once. Hence, make sure you enter it right.
  • If you don’t have the correct tracking number, you can enter today’s date and time. It will be updated later with the tracking number.
  • Ensure you update the tracking number in the repair order within 7 days after the repair order is created.
  • Once you select your country/region, the system will automatically assign the nearest Iceriver repair center.

Note: The Iceriver repair station should receive the defective product within 15 days after creating the repair ticket. Otherwise, the warranty period is not officially valid.

After you complete giving all the details and submit, you will see the following page saying operation successful, which means you have successfully created a work order.

Once you’re done creating your work order number, you can click on it to view the work order details.

How to Check the Maintenance Order Status?

Once you send your machine for repair, you can track your shipment package via the website.The package will undergo various customs clearance before reaching the corresponding Iceriver repair center.

Once your package reaches the Iceriver repair center, the work order status will be updated as “ Received, Under Repair.”

  • Created – It indicates that Iceriver has yet to receive your package.
  • Received, Under Repair – It means Iceriver received your package and is working on it.
  • Repair Completed, Settling in Progress – It says that Iceriver confirmed and completed the repair and is working on the repair cost. (Customers need not pay if the machine is within the warranty period.)
  • Sent Back – It means that Iceriver sent the repaired product back to the customer.
  • Closed – It indicates that the customer has signed for the returned package, and the work order is considered completed and closed.
